Toward the bottom of http://www.kaycounty.info/PGS/Births.htm there is a reverence to a birth of an uncle of mine who I think would be Lemert Viers, by my grandfather T. H. Mc Viers. Would it be possible to get a 'picture' of that article? I assume it comes from the newspaper.

I would suggest that you just hand write it from the site listed below. That is the complete article and the newspaper it was from.  Back then the birth articles were pretty short.
 
You then can type it up in Word, print it out, and have the documentation for you files.

During medical school, she married John Van Peenen, M.D. Their medical practices took them from Missouri to Iowa, to Minnesota, to Washington, to Oregon. Now retired, they make their home in Ponca City, where Linda has renewed her interest in writing.
Since returning to Ponca City in 1997, both Linda and John have been active in Habitat for Humanity and First Christian Church. They cook for the Friendship Feast, John mentors at Garfield Academy, Linda is on the board of directors of the Oklahoma Christian Retirement Community in Edmond, and she volunteers at the Marland Mansion

Trying to find information on Lucy Vannest, w/o Jacob T. Vannest, he died 1906, I think in Kay County. Have not been able to find Lucy, did she remarry?, if so whom. Lucy born in Mahaska Co., Iowa, d/o Joseph and Lucinda, maiden name Hannah, Clements. Lucy's mother, Lucinda and my 2 great grandfather were siblings.Thanks in advance for any help/info.
