The following list is of Post Office, Schools and place names located in Weston Township, Kay County, Oklahoma. Although every effort has been made to correctly identify and describe all listings on the following maps, errors can occur; sources can have conflicting information. Sources include Chronicles of Oklahoma [OHS], Rooted in the Past Growing for the Future [NCOH], Oklahoma Department of Transportation Maps, court documents of incorporation, Oklahoma Atlas’ and Gazetteers and Kay County Newspapers.

Grainville
Consisted of grain elevator operated by the Blackwell Co-op Elevator Association. GNIS Site L-365024N LO-0971342W

PARKER
A Post Office was established and operated under the Parker name April 2, 1894 to February 4, 1895 with William H Padon as postmaster. According to the county records Parker’s incorporation date was July 23, 1894. It also says that Parker was later Kay Center. [See Blackwell]

Schools once located in the township were Chickaskia Valley-50, Lost Creek-37, Pleasant Valley-47* and Waddell-36.
