BIRTH and DEATH CERTIFICATE
No local records are available.
Oklahoma began filing birth and death records in 1908, however mandatory filing was not until 1917. Years prior to 1940 are sketchy.
The fee to Search for the record is $15. If the record is found, one certified copy will be issued. If not found, you will be notified by mail and the fee will be retained.
