W.B. Womack, a cousin of Dr. Womack of this city, died at his home in Sulphur, I. T., June 1st, of pneumonia. He was 77 years of age and a retired banker of considerable wealth. Dr. Womach recalls that the family history relates of the deceased, that he left the home of his uncle, the Doctor’s father, in Alabama on foot and walked to Texas, and in that state acquired a fortune. The Doctor met his cousin last summer at Sulphur, and found him an interesting and entertaining man, and his death comes as a shock as he had contemplated a renewal of the acquaintance this summer.
