William Wolfe Dead

William Wolfe one of the men injured in the brick plant accident, died at his home in the second ward in this city, Tuesday morning. Mr. Wolfe had been improving so nicely up to Monday that the physicians and friends felt confident of his ultimate recovery. Monday he had spent the most comfortable day since his injury, but during the night he suddenly became alarmingly ill and died Tuesday morning. The funeral was held from the family residence, Wednesday morning at 10 o'clock, conducted by Rev. G. W. McQuiddy of the Christian church, the music being by the choir of that church. There was a large crowd in attendance, and the sympathy of the entire community is with the bereaved ones. Mr. Wolfe leaves a wife and two children.


Wolfe-Died, March 24, 1908, at his home on east Lawrence avenue, Wm. Wolfe, as the result of complications arising from injuries received in the accident at the brick plant on March 9. He was apparently getting along all right and his physician had hope of his recovery, but grew worse on Monday night and passed away about 7 p.m.. He leaves a wife and two children. Funeral at 10 o’clock Wednesday, conducted by Rev. G.W. McQuiddy; in the cemetery, south of town.
