Obituary

Alos Frederick Weigl, who was born June 7,1855, in Trebendorf, Austria and who has been living near Owens suddenly died Sunday, Feb. 17th at his home of lung trouble.
He was married Oct. 31, 1877 to Mary Winkler. They lived together in Austria until the spring of 1886 when Mr. Weigl left his wife and four children and went to America in search of a better home. He arrived at Ellinswood, Kansas in March of 1886 and a few months later, took up a homestead in Stafford count. He then sent for his family.
