Died: -- July 19, 1896 in Tonkawa while Township of cholera infantum; Mimie Ethel, infant daughter of W. H. and Cora Waugh, aged 3 months and nine days
also, Joseph Safford; infant son of Edward and Mina Rowell, age 2 months and 10 days, died July 20, 1896. These babies were cousins, and were buried close together in the Blackwell Cemetery; the former on the 20th and the latter on the 21st inst. Reverend JM Via conducted the funeral services.
