Drowned
Indian Found
Irwin Topsy, the Ponca Indian who was drowned in the Chikaskia some time
ago was found in the river about a quarter of a mile below the ford, Sunday.
The body was taken out about 4 o'clock p.m. by Paul Mead. Although the
body has been in the water for over three weeks, it was in a fairly sound
state of preservation.
