SODEN- Died, June 29, 1907, at his home in the south part of town. L. Soden, aged about 45 years. He had been sick since Monday of what the attending physician pronounced spinal meningitis. He was up and around the house and passed away very suddenly and unexpectedly. Mr. Soden was one of the old settlers of Blackwell, having come here soon after the town was started. He was well and favorably known by many of our people. He leaves a widow and five children to mourn the loss of a kind and loving husband and father.
