Obituary

Oliver A. Shelly was born at Stony Creek, Conn., February 21, 1864 he was married to Martha M. Seemly. In the year 1871 they moved to Chicago, where they lived until November 1905. Two years ago Mr. Shelly was strain with dropsy and bright disease. Thinking perhaps a change might be beneficial he came to Kay county, spending the last year with friends. No relief came until death came to his release. He died at the home of his brother in-law, P. W. Hale, March 24. He is survived by his loving wife, an aged mother, one brother and one sister.
