MRS. SAVAGE DEAD.

This community was shocked last Thursday by the announcement of the death of Mrs. J. A. Savage. She was sick but a short time, of pneumonia, and even many of the intimate friends of the family were unprepared for the sad news. She was a most estimable lady and her many friends attest her worth as wife, mother, friend and neighbor. The funeral was held Saturday and the interment was in Odd Fellows’ cemetery south of the city, and both services were attended by many friends who join with us in extending heartfelt sympathy to the bereaved and afflicted family.

MRS. AL SAVAGE DEAD
She Leaves a Husband and Five Small Children.

Mrs. Al Savage died Thursday, with pneumonia, at her home west of town. She had only been sick for a few days, and was not considered in a critical condition at any time.
The funeral services were held Saturday afternoon, at 2:00 from the Methodist church. Rev. W. E. Woodward delivered the funeral sermon.
Mrs. Savage was well known throughout this vicinity and also well liked by all her acquaintances. She leaves five children and a husband to mourn her death.
