NICHOLS – Died, Jan, 3, 1908, at 7 a.m. John Nichols, aged about 19 years. The cause was tuberculosis and death occurred at the Commercial hotel in this city. Deceased accompanied by his mother was traveling in search of a more suitable climate for his broken health. We understand they had been visiting relatives near Braman before coming here. The body was shipped to Convoy, Van Wert county, Ohio, and was accompanied by the sorrowing mother and Miss Sadie Jennings of Hunnewell, who was the sweetheart of the young man and made the long journey to Ohio to be present at the funeral.
