Mrs. Elizabeth McGrew
Miss Elizabeth Wright was born Jan 30, 1856 near Centerville, IN and passed away April 19, 1948 at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Albert Cox, at the age of 92 years, 2 months and 20 days. All the children were present at her bedside. She was a member of the Methodist church and continued loyal in her Christian faith.
On March 24, 1892 she was united in marriage to Mr. John Brady McGrew. To this union eight children were born, five boys and three girls.
Her husband and three children, Eva, James and Oscar, preceeded her in death. Surviving her death are Mrs. Lucinda McIntruf of Blackwell, Mrs. Albert Cox of Nardin, Charles of Tonkawa, John and Ruben of Blackwell, 24 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives and many friends.
