Died: -- John Hiatt, lving 2 miles southeast of town, reports the death of his beloved wife, Ella B. Hiatt, on last Wednesday, September 30. Remains were interred at South Haven Kansas. The immediate cause of death was the result of a difficult and dangerous surgical operation.
