Francis Hayden

Francis Hayden, aged 18, died at the home of her aunt, Mrs. Fannie Miller in this city, Wednesday evening. The young lady had been ill of malarial fever, but the immediate cause of her death was congestion. Miss Hayden, has lived with her aunt for several years, and as a pupil in the public school and Sunday school has formed many friends and acquaintances. She was a bright and accomplished girl and her death calls forth universal regret. The funeral services were held at the Christian church, this Thursday morning, and the remains were taken to Columbia, Mo., the home of her parents, for interment. M. E. Turner, an uncle of the deceased accompanied the remains to Columbia. The TIMES-RECORD, joins in the sympathy that is being extended the relatives here
