Bearers Announced for Harris Funeral

Funeral service for Paul David Harris, 70, will be 2 p.m. Monday in Grace Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Richard Gibbens, pastor of the First United Methodist Church, officiating.
Pallbearers will be A. K. Hickman, C. A. Porter, M. D. Porter, Bill Simmons, Harold Stolhand and Norman Ellis. Interment will be in Resthaven Memorial Park Cemetery.
Harris, a retired Continental Oil Company employee with 40 ½ years service, died Thursday evening in St. Joseph Medical Center. He had been in ill health several years. Joining Conoco in Sapulpa in 1928, Harris had been a resident of Ponca City since 1932. Surviving him are his wife of the home, 423 South Twelfth; two daughters, a step-daughter, a step-son, three brothers, three sisters, eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren
