HACHTEL-George Hachtel, aged 67, died Jan 13, at his home four miles west of Ponca City, as the results of a runaway accident. A wife and six children survive the deceased Mr. Hachtel came to Kay county in the opening for settlement at the strip and took up the claim where he aided and became one of the most prosperous and useful citizens. He was well known in the city and county and his funeral was attended by a throng of friends from all over the country.
