GILBERT – Cora Anne Weaver, daughter of John W. and Ross A. Weaver was born in Knox County, Illinois, April 1, 1882. When three years old she was taken with her parents to Rice County, Kansas. After five years of residence there, the family moved to Cowley County, near Arkansas City where they resided till opening of the “strip”, when they secured a claim and lived there till she was married to Theron J. She leaves a husband and one child, a father, mother and four sisters. The services were held at the Methodist church this afternoon, June 21, at 2:30. Burial at I. O. O. F. cemetery. CARD OF THANKS |
