Mr. Fees died Monday at his home. He had been seriously ill for a week following several months of failing health.
Mr. Fees was born at Mt. Etna, Ia., May 1, 1882
He moved to Alva in 1900 and operated a drug store at Pond Creek since 1912.
He was a veteran of World War I. He is survived by his wife of the home; a daughter, Ina Lou, also of the home; a son, J. W. Fees of Pond Creek; two sisters, Mrs. Elfa Trosell of Detroit, Mich., and Mrs. Effie Simpson, who resides in Iowa.
