C. G. Collier Dead

C. G. Collier, who left here a few weeks ago for Manzanola. Colo., for his health, died at that place, Sunday, April 8, of consumption. Mr. Collier was born in St. Louis, Mo., in 1877, where he lived until he was about fourteen years old when he moved with his parents to Colorado.
He learned the jeweler trade and located in Nardin where he resided about three years. He opened up a jewelry store in Tonkawa about four years ago and was a steady worker at the bench until sickness forced him to quit.
Mr. Collier was a good citizen and a man that was loved by everybody.
The Chieftain joins his many friends in extending sincere sympathy to the betrayed family.
His remains was laid to rest by the Masonic order at Knob Noster Mo., on April 12. Mrs. Collier and two children left for that place Monday
