A DOUBLE KILLING

W.H. Morris of Newkirk, shot and killed W. Cassidy and his son, Fines Cassidy, Tuesday of this week on the farm of Mr. Morris in Dale township. The Cassidays were tenants of Mr. Morris and there had been more or less trouble at different times. Morris went out to the farm after a load of hay and they met. Coroner Widney held an inquest Wednesday, the witnesses being neighbors of the deceased, and members of his family. The jury found that the Cassidy’s came to their death from gunshot wound inflicted by a gun in the hands of W. H. Morris, with felonious intent.
