INDIAN KILLED

Last night Alva Black Buffalo Bull, a Ponca Indian, a middle aged man and a widower, was killed on the Santa Fe railroad track two and a half miles south of town by being run over by a railroad train. Nobody knows at what time he was killed or what train it was that struck him, but he was literally ground to pieces.
