BALSLY – Willard Foster received a letter from Lee D. Balsly, of Springfield, Mo., stating that his mother, Mrs. I.E. Balsly, died on Saturday morning, June 16, after a lingering illness of several months. She is survived by her husband, I.E. Balsly, son Lee D., and daughter Mae M. Mrs. Balsly was about 50 years old and the family formerly lived in Blackwell, where Mr. Balsly was in the ice business and Mae was cashier in Foster’s store.
