In the matter of the guardianship of Elmer Morgan, minor.
Notice is hereby given that on June 10, 1901, there was an order of sale issued out of the probate court of Kay County, O. T., authorizing Marion Morgan, the duly appointed guardian of Elmer Morgan, a minor, to sell certain real estate described as follows, to-wit: lot No. eleven (11) and one foot of ground off the west side of lot ten (10), in block No. thirty-one (31), in the town of Tonkawa, Kay County, O. T., to J. L. McCarthy for a price and sum as stipulated in a certain contract held by the said J. L. McCarthy, it being further ordered that said sale be made at private sale after thirty days notice in the Salt Fork Valley News, a weekly newspaper published in the town of Tonkawa, Kay county, O. T.

Notice is hereby given that on the 18th day of July. A. D. 1901, Pearl Brown filed in the probate court of the county of Kay and territory of Oklahoma, a petition praying for letters of administration to be issued to Benjamin F. Robison upon the estate of Mary West, deceased, late of the county of Kay and territory of Oklahoma.
And pursuant to an order of said probate court Saturday the 3rd day of August, A. D. 1901, at the hour of 10 o’clock a.m., of said day, that being a day of the regular August term. A. D. 1901, of said probate court, has been appointed as the time for hearing said application when and where any person interested may contest said petition by filing written opposition thereto on the ground of incompetency of the applicant, or may assert his own rights to the administration and pray that Letters be issued to himself.

Notice of Hearing Petition for Probate of Will.

Notice is hereby given to all persons interested in the estate of James Oleson, deceased, that on the 16th day of July, 1903, Audne Sele produced and filed in the Probate Court of the county of Kay and Territory of Oklahoma, an instrument in writing, purporting to be the last will and testament of James Oleson, deceased, and on September 8th, 1903, Amanda Wellsford in said court her petition, praying for the probate of said will and that letters of administration with will annexed, issue thereon to Frank Foltz, the executor, having renounced his right as executor under said will.
Pursuant to an order of said court made on the 8th day of September, 1903, notice is hereby given, that Saturday, the 3rd day of October, 1903 at the hour of 1 o'clock p.m. of said day, that being a day of regular September term, of said court, has been appointed as the time for the hearing said petition and proving said will, at the Probate Court room in Newkirk, in said county of Kay, when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same

In the matter of the estate of Josephine A. Hurt, deceased.
Notice is hereby given, that Emil Hurt, the duly appointed and qualified administrator of the estate of the said Josephine A. Hurt, deceased, has rendered and presented for settlement, and filed in said court, his final account and report of his administration as such administrator, and asks that said estate be closed, distribution made, and that he be discharged, and that Saturday, the 30th day of November, A. D. 1907, that day being a day of the regular term of said court, to-wit; of the November term. A. D. 1907 at 9 o'clock in the forenoon of said day, at the probate court room in the city of Newkirk, in said county of Kay, has been duly appointed by the said county of Kay, has been duly appointed by the said court for settlement of said account, at which time and place any person interested in said estate may appear and file his exceptions in writing to the account and contest the same.
