Located at Southeast corner of the Kay County Courthouse property

The Willis Granite Company, Granite, Oklahoma engraved the names on the black marble and The Bronze Horse Company, Pawhuska, Oklahoma designed the bronze casting for the center statue of helmets and rifles.

There are also two rose colored granite markers that record the major contributors to the memorial, but we were unable to get a readable picture.
