The Unsung of the 101 Ranch were those who worked to get the show ready. They supported the ranch, fed the animals in the off season, repair and maintained the wagon and trains, assembled the tents and broke them down. The Millers were a force to be reckoned with but even they could not do it all. Grips and advance men roamed the country setting up show dates and pastering posters on every barn and shop wall they could find. Many went on to circuses and other Wild West Shows or found their way into the movie industry or as expert hands on ranches all over the U.S.
