Oldtime cowboy Art Accord, who went from the 101 Ranch wild wet show to the movies, was honored by casting of a plaque many years ago in recognition of his world championship in bulldogging. Never before mounted, the large plaque, crafted by the Gorham Company, has been donated to the 101 Ranch museum room at the Cultural Center (Marland's Grand Home). It attests Accord's championship in the year 1912. Donation came from Tex Jordan of Warwick, R.I. who is collecting information about Accord and his career both as a rodeo cowboy and in Hollywood.
