Use full capitalization with SURNAMES only.

In order to bring order out of chaos we alphabetize submissions.
So, please fill in a surname. (Remember not all surnames begin with A)
If this is a story, type STORY for the surname

QUERY/STORY TITLE - You may give it a catchy title or just repeat the surname.
QUERY/STORY TEXT - This is the place to clarify your query. (Remember brevity is the soul of wit)
